The 17th Annual Conference for Minority, Women and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises was held on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at the Rivers Casino.

With powerful presentations by Charlea Washington of the Lane Construction Corporation and Secretary Kerry L. Kirkland from the Department of General Services of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, our attendees walked away informed and inspired.
​
The highlight of the day was the official signing of a pledge emphasizing their dedication and commitment to the establishment and administration of fair policies. That pledge was signed by Deputy Secretary Kirkland and Allegheny County Executive Richard Fitzgerald.
