ABOUT US
The Minority, Women, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Governmental Committee
was founded in 1995 determined to:
* Serve as a resource for technical assistance and business development for MWDBEs
* Act as a sounding board for ideas to strengthen MWDBE polices
* Share contracting information and opportunities
This group of city, county, state and federal governmental agency representatives met to discuss the challenges of implementing successful MBE, WBE, and DBE programs within their respective organizations.

The methods utilized to announce contracting opportunities now include our website and e-mail blasts however, true to our original purpose, the importance of face-to-face networking among agency representatives and the business community remains a primary goal and the measure of success for the Committee.
